Staff was very friendly, was clean, and that’s about all the positive I can give Pizza Hut. Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in years, so thought we would give them a try on our way home from the beach. Sign said salad bar open, but it was not, so not sure if only for certain hours. We dined in, and they don’t do fountain drinks, only bottles. Pizza came out in a box as did the breadsticks and the pasta. Not enough room on a table for all the boxes.

Buchanan’s Pizza Hut is the best chain Pizza joint I’ve ever experienced. They are attentive, detail oriented and their customer service is top notch. One the very rare but inevitable occasion there is a mistake made in our order, they go above and beyond to fix the issue in really extraordinary fashion for a national chain. With our busy lives, we order pizza weekly and this place NEVER fails to please.

It has has always been five stars for me. We have a favorite order and there is a man we love who knows it well, but I am adding to my experience. A couple of nights ago my daughters, husband and mother in law came and ate in the restaurant. They don’t have a wait staff, dine in is rare these days, but they were so kind in accommodating us. We had a delicious dinner, and will always reccomend Buchanan Pizza Hut first. Thank you again to the ones working that night!

Terrible Dine in Experience. Why even have an inside if there are no servers no salad bar and everything smells like dirty mop water. Awful awful I know what did I expect walking into a pizza hut. Well the door in tricks you because it smells like nostalgia like Friday night after a great game or turning in your first book it. This was just sad make it drive thru only and kill that lobby that was sad.

I normally deal with this really nice guy but today when I went in this girl was here dark hair and a ponytail and had earbuds in her ear and was super rude and snotty she literally was like what are you waiting for it’s going to be 5 10 mins I said that’s fine I can wait she like well take a seat like I made her whole day the worst then she treats the next guy so well idk what I said or did but I don’t deserve to be treated like that I shop here very often and just thought everyone should know. But that one guy who’s normally here treats all is customers with respect but her not so much. I just got to my car and saw what she did she didn’t even cut it right idk why she’s acting like this but not good customer services I was going to leave more then 2 stars but this experience kind of hurt that for me. April 10 2022 messed up another order never buying pizza here again.

I dunno man. This place is in a really small town. The “nicest town” according to some reviews. Maybe they were having an off night. 4 people working. Not one of them greeted me when I walked in. They just kept going on with their tasks. And when the manager, who was not dressed in any type of uniform, asked if I had been helped I just said no. I gave him the name for the order and it was sitting under the heat. The whole time I was standing there. If they had just asked why I was there I could have been out the door in under 30 seconds. We love the food and we will go back.
