The nastiest restaurant in Holland, Michigan. The staff don’t wear clothes and they use the same grease for 3 months. Only clean the over every 3 weeks.

This store was fantastic. It’s your usual Pizza Hut quality pizza, which I happen to like. I love the pan pizza crusts. As far as this location, they were great. I called at around 12pm noon and made a surprise order for 8 large pizzas and 3 double orders of breadsticks. They were more than accommodating! And beyond that, they had all of it prepared, hot and ready in 20 minutes!!

Called to order for dine in. Arrived and dine in was closed while teens were banging on the door cussing. So we drove around to pick up our order from the drive thru. The guy was nice enough but then the pizza wasn’t as done as it should be compared to every other time I’ve had pizza hut (300). We gave ample time from the phone call to the pickup time.

The food was good and the service was good, but for some reason it was closed for walk in orders, so we had to order from the app, but the app wasn’t working so we had to order at the drive thru. Park and wait for 15 minutes then go back to the drive thru to pick up the food. Not cool.

I would have liked to discuss my experience with this pizza hut or pay for my food to give them a try. But I was not helped after waiting an hour at this location. I was at the window and several other Customers were not helped as well. I understand it’s dinner rush and a hot day. But I received zero communication on my email or phone stating if they couldn’t complete the order. One customer in front of me went inside to order and got her food. So after waiting for another ten minutes I back up, pull around and go inside. I see two employees working so I walk up to the counter, and one walks away while the other ignores me. I’m sorry but that’s not just bad customer service it’s rude. I was planning on spending over 40 dollars here. But I guess I won’t be spending any more money here in the future.
