This was our first time at this location, typically pizza huts are expensive so we don’t eat at them but we had a coupon so we thought we would try it out. It is outdated, that is the only downfall. Staff was so friendly, our waitress was very pleasant, and the food was really good. We were very happy with it. Plus, it wasn’t very busy so our kids could get up and walk around and not have to sit the entire experience. If we decide to come out to a pizza hut again, this will be the one we choose.

Wanted to dine in before we went to the Barbie movie across the street with friends. They have an arcade game in the lobby, and my daughter went to play the game and the manager yelled at my daughter and told her to turn the game off because it was too loud!!!! There was no one in the lobby just our group of friends. It was the most obnoxious/rude behavior I have ever experienced!!!!

Grand Haven Rd Pizza Hut we got take out 4/15/23. The Website said no inside dining. They need to update the site. They are open for inside dining. Our food was just as we ordered and ready on time. Gentleman at the counter was friendly.

Pizza wasn’t cooked thoroughly and service was very slow. Wasn’t very busy. Appears take out and delivery get preference over dining room customers. Will give another chance as I’ve grown up eating from this location.

We ordered the new pastas and we were not impressed. They were lukewarm and one looked like someone had eaten from it. The breadsticks were hard and cold, and wings were hardly sauced at all. It was extremely disappointing. I wanted to give them another chance since we haven’t really enjoyed it in the past, and haven’t ordered in a while, but that proved why we don’t order from here. The delivery driver was nice that’s why I rated it a 2.

Bummed they don’t offer salads anymore. We didn’t end up staying because we were looking for sit down and now you order at the counter. Staff was very friendly though. I’m sure they are short staffed.
