Pizza is one of the only things my autistic daughter will eat, so when we were visiting Grand Rapids, we decided to go to Pizza Hut for their dining room experience. We were very disappointed. Apparently they’ve done away with their dining room service, which would have been fine except they were very rude about it. They rang up our order wrong and when we pointed it out, the cashier just said “oh” and walked away. The pizza was great, but service is lacking.

Pizza was dry,there was barely any sauce or meat on the pizza which was crazy due to the fact that i ordered a meat lovers pizza. The restaurant was slow and they still couldn’t make the pizza right. It’s good to say i won’t be going back to this Pizza Hut location again!

Worst time/service at pizza hut on plainfield. Been going there for the past 9 years, order online/call in. Always ask to have wings taken out a minute early, never been a problem there or at other businesses that serve wings. The guy in the front was rude to me about me asking about wings being taken out 1 minute early, have some bad teeth. Then the 1 guy in the back was rude as well, when I told him I will not hold them responsible amd the wings are plenty done taken out a minute early…he threw his hands up and straight up said he did not care what I say, they refused. Lost my business.

Very scrimpy with the toppings. There’s supposed to be ham on the pizza, but they had tiny skinny strips only 2 or 3 on each piece. Ordered green olives & mushrooms on half & they were scrimpy, too. The crust looks like a big bubble & makes it so they don’t have to put many toppings on the pizza at all. The pizza was very thin. Will not be going to the Plainfield location again!

I picked up my order at drive thru window. The staff member was very nice. However, I had ordered bread sticks and when I got home, the bread was not cut into sticks. It was one whole square of bread. Maybe the forgot to check it.
