I scheduled the order to be picked up at 3pm. When I got to the store, my order wasn’t ready and I had to wait for over 15 minutes to get it. This is not acceptable, the reason I chose to schedule it for a specific time is that I was busy and had to be somewhere. I asked to speak to the store manager and when I voiced my dissatisfaction, all he did was shook his shoulders and said “what do you want me to do” like he couldn’t care less. I didn’t hear a word of apology or any sign that he cared. Worst customer service ever!
