Service was very good and friendly. The waitress kept our glasses full and was very good about checking in but not being too pushy. You could tell she was keeping an eye on us and recognized when she needed to help out. Food was good also. Plus who doesn’t like the cartoon network with some Za and sticks!

Had drink , bread sticks , chicken wings & pizza . Service was slow , food was tasty . Told waitress we need two separate bills for our meals , she put the drinks and bread sticks on one and the rest on another , NO two separate meals , she couldn’t figure out how to do that , WHAT .

They’re short-staffed so I’ll overlook that the tables were all dirty when we arrived. However, the gentleman behind immediately greeted us and cleaned a table off for us. He was also our server, and although clearly busting his butt to get everything done, he was still attentive and thorough. The order was filled exactly as ordered (which hardly ever happens in lower Michigan), and was quite satiating. Dining there was a nice end to 550 miles on the road all day. Good job everyone at PH Houghton!!

When you go to a restaurant and place a order and they don’t have half of what you wanted to order. Then wait over half the meal for your soft drink as the syrup needed changed. The male waiter couldn’t have cared any less either. The owner should flip the sign close till he can find someone that wants to be there.
