Ordering from here gets worse and worse every time we do it. The delivery takes way too long. Being “out for delivery” for 45 minutes is unacceptable. Showing up an hour after the estimated time is also unacceptable.

The delivery driver didn’t even carry cash to make change for the order. What kind of delivery driver doesn’t carry cash. I guess it ended up with them getting a massive tip and pizza hut losing a customer

Waited for about an hour for our pizza wasn’t too bad. When we received our pizza not only were both of them wrong but the delivery guy Jesse called us bad to tell us he delivered the wrong pizza, told us he would have it delivered within 3-4 hours and hung up. Went to the pizza place to get the right order. The people in the shop were very helpful and appreciate them helping us. Jesse came in to get more pizza to deliver didn’t make eye contact and when I flipped him off he smiled and waved. This guy was rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be working there.

We have always received perfect pizzas from this location, but this time our large supreme pizza was severely undercooked. Must have been an issue with the oven today. We threw away the first pizza and re-ordered a thin crust pizza thinking that would be cooked properly. We ended up having to bake that for 6 minutes at 450 degrees at home to finish the crust. Strange, as I stated this location has been great in the past
