On 621 23 we arrived at Pizza Hut here in estherville, Iowa. We ordered a veggie pizza and they brought us a meat pizza so they went back to change it out and then the girl haulers around the corner 45 minutes later. We’re putting yours in now cuz we have four ahead of you rude service

Its been almost a year since I ordered pizza hut because of a bad experience. Decided to give it a try. Ordered 1 large stuffed crust half sausage half cheese with extra side or marinara got charged $18. Then to be told after I paid “sorry out of stuffed crust so we did a thin crust that’s all we have” which is $4 cheaper but they said there is no price difference so didn’t get no money back. Besides that they told me 20 minutes I got there 23 minutes and still waited an additional 10 for my pizza. They take your phone number during order why can’t they call back and be like “sorry we are out of stuffed crust all we have is thin, would you like to continue with your order?” I would have said no because I don’t like thin crust. I won’t go back. Because the 2 people who helped were also rude.

The Estherville IA Pizza Hut is going downhill. If you place a delivery order which is about the only way to order from this location, don’t expect a speedy delivery, I’ve timed the distance from my house to Pizza Hut in Estherville it’s only a 5 minute drive, so when I receive a text saying my order is out for delivery it should not take 25 minutes to get my order and the food was still warm enough to eat but definitely not hot. Also don’t pre tip these drivers I now know better to wait and see how long it takes to get my order first.

Very unprofessional, I just called them, the guy answered saying “ this is pizza hut we’re a little bit busy right now and I can’t take your order” then hangs up the phone. Please work on training your employees on good customer service regardless of how busy or not you are.

Tried to order online but couldn’t because it said they were closed. Called guy said they were busy so it was turned off?!? He then said he’d call the manager who was not their to turn it on which never happened waited an hour for nothing. At this point I hope it gets shut down.

Would do 0 stars if I could….WORST SERVICE EVER. Will not be back. One waiter for the whole store…..no refills for drinks. Food took over 40 minutes to get to us. Literally everyone has been sitting here waiting.

Service was TERRIBLE!! Odered bread stix…how hard can that be?? Waited 10 min. at least after we had paid (called order in 20 min before we arrived). Could see 3 workers tslking to someone at the counter…she told us they were “swamped w/ online orders” however we never saw anyone on the phone! NOT going back!
