Most of the time it’s pretty decent, cheap, and quick here. There have been a couple times where they don’t fill the pizza with sauce/toppings and literally over halfway down each slice is bare, hard crust. They also are closed at random times on random days. It could be 4pm Wednesday or 12pm Saturday and you really never know when they will be opened or closed. One time someone answered the phone and told us they were closing for good by the end of the week. That was months ago and it’s still pretty random so I’m not sure what they were talking about. I like Pizza Hut in general more than other similar chains, but this location definitely needs help.

1.5 hours for delivery, Pizza was lukewarm and had slid all over the inside of the box. Person answering phone obviously did not care about a customer complaint, nor offered. to do anything about the problem. I was told the driver was sent out with 6 orders! That’s simply ridiculous, there is no way 1 driver can deliver that many orders in a timely manner.

I would not even give them a 1/2 of a star At 7:02 PM on Thursday I ordered $70 worth of Food I was told 40 minutes for my delivery time At 8:06 p.m. I called to ask how much longer are to with going to be I was told 70 More Minutes I was told my food was done but they were waiting for a delivery Driver so my food with setting their done for an hour and it’s cold as krapp very rubbery we ordered that pepperoni pizza with Cheese in the crust And 24 mild wings24 hot Wings Cheese bread and cinnamon sticks we were told when my Husband went to pick it up that there was no manager on duty And they would only give me $10 back on the order Not sure what goes on it this Pizza Hut on Broadway In council Bluffs But something needs to be done about this We finally got to sit down and eat at 9 o’clock p.m. And my Foster children didn’t get to go to bed until after that and they have school in the morning Jill

Just recently my Sisinlaw put in an order. It was large meat lovers & a cheese steak pizza. One we got our delivery. One side of the cheese steak pizza was half correct. Ok no problem, but those workers didn’t cut our pizza right. So my Sisinlaw called that store & whoever answered gave her a sarcastic response! So disappointing! We called corporate & they said they are sorry about it! So whoever answered that & thought it was funny. I hope you lose your job because you don’t deserve it…now who’s laughing now

Worked here for a few weeks saw alot of things that happened and they dont do anything about it. When asked for the HR number was refused and told that I wasn’t allowed to have it and was asked why I needed it. not a great place to work the higher ups don’t care what people do in there stores I guess just as long as there making money

I had a great experience. I ordered online and picked it up in the store. They got my order correct. The pizza was hot and delicious. The cooks and cashiers were friendly. I will definitely use this location again as it is conveniently located off broadway.

The 22nd and broadway location in CB is much much better then the other location. I wish they had delivery. The location has a small parking lot. The employees are friendly at least. The food is also better then the other location.
