Had a delivery food was cold and damaged. Tried to call multiple times nobody picked up. Delivery driver didnt even apologize for the damage or cold food. Took them from when they said it was out for delivery to my house which is maybe 5 minutes away 20 minutes. Horrible place to get delivery.

Yes been trying to order for the last 3 days and Noone is answering the phone and online says they are closed. If that’s the case they should at at least put something on there website or when you call the number have an message saying the reason they are closed, cause I have been wanting to redeem points. I’m broke till payday and I have over 330 points enough to get an large anything pizza…I’m hungry. Thanks anyways

It has gone up hill in some ways and downhill in others. My friend was there a few nights ago and one of the cooks was screaming and cursing. The food has been good both times I’ve been there, but as an old worker from there I think the front person is getting a bit overwhelmed. Was told there was food a couple days ago that was coming out burnt and the staff blamed it on the oven acting up. But it was just a timing issue. I get it though those rushes can be hard and like I said our food has been good. Keep being great!!

I’ve had good service in the past but tonight wasn’t. 25 minutes later than I was told, pizza doughey, and it was the wrong pizza. Phone was ringing while I waited and not answered ever. Not good tonight

I had ordered a meat lovers pizza with pan crust and order of bread sticks and received a meat lovers with stuffed crust. When I order from pizza hut I have to drive 20 minutes to get there. The pizza was good but we would have liked to have the order we wanted. I understand mistakes happen but this is why we quite going to the Atlantic IA restraunt (which is now closed) and started going to Harlan IA
