I ordered a pasta dish with vegtables. When I get this same dish at 3 other very reputable and famous pizza places, it’s nothing but fabulous and delicious. Not so much here. They didn’t put my vegetables in with my pasta at all! They threw a few pieces of each vegetable IN WITH THE CHEESE!! So I hardly got any veggies, once the cheese was eaten, all I had was over done pasta with a very miniscule amount of sauce. Our breadstix hardly had any seasoning on top of them and our cinnamon rolls weren’t raised. They were flat, mushy, goopy and goey… almost like they weren’t done enough. They had absolutely NO COLOR to them whatsoever. They were DEFINITELY not even palatable on any given level

Order took an hr when the site said 20-30 minutes. When it arrived, the pizza was cold, not made as ordered and terrible looking. Very unappealing.

Something isn’t right with this pizza anymore ordered the stuffed crust and it just didn’t taste right baked but soggy and nothing like the flavor used to be. Don’t order.

Took the driver about 45 mins to get to us once pizza was ready. We could have walked there and back in that amount of time. Food wasn’t warm, and was missing part of my meal. Won’t order again.

I tried calling in an order today and I was hung up on three times. The third time calling back I spoke to a lady and I can hear her other phones ringing, I can tell she was overwhelmed, when I was trying to place an order she sighed and hung up. I tried calling back no answer. I decided to call Domino’s on Central Ave. They answer and was very polite and courteous I placed my 100 dollar order and was delivered on time and was perfect. Thank you Domino for being reliable. I can’t explain enough how disappointed I am with this Pizzahut today!

We ordered at 4:39pm, and didn’t get our order until we found it sitting in snow outside of a side door to our house in the dark 3 hours later… Mind you, our *front door* lights were on, and that is where we requested the delivery. Zero communication from the tracker, the store, and the random Door Dash driver who didn’t notify us of anything.

This place is an absolute disappointment! First time going to this one. I will not pay for anything else here. I went in to get my pizza and the steps are so messed up that I tripped and ripped open my toe. Then I go in and nobody greets me. One girl went to answer the phone and there was a man at the oven. She had her back to me for 5 minutes. She finally turned around to tell me just a minute. Another man walked through, looked at me, and walked away. I stood there for about 10 minutes total. Terrible customer service. I ordered sausage and mushroom pizza in a dinner box. There were some tiny pieces of mushroom on the whole pizza. The cheesesticks were really hard. They tasted like they were sitting there forever. Some of them tasted like cinnamon. The sauce that came with it was half full. It was all very low quality. I’ve never had a really bad experience at Pizza Hut until now. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to complain.

Ordered delivery, and while not every experience I’ve had at this restaurant in the past was perfect, this experience and the ones I’ve had in the past few months have been perfect. Delivery took probably 20 minutes at most from the moment I placed my order to the moment it arrived, which is probably the fastest I’ve ever had pizza be delivered. The drivers have always been very friendly. The food arrived like it had just gotten out of the oven right before leaving, not hot enough to burn my mouth, but perfect temperature for eating right away. I like the cajun wings, but they tend to not have as much seasoning as I’d like, but dry rubs are tough to season chicken with. It was an acceptable amount of seasoning this time though. Food tasted great, came very fast, and for a great price. Highly recommend giving them a chance!

Ordered our food the night before with a schedule of the next day at noon. The website did not allow for tipping this time which was odd, maybe due to an after hours order?. We then got a notification at 11:40am the pizza was on the way. The pizza was not delivered until 12:15pm. This city is not big enough for a 35 minute drive. The driver then left the pizza on the ground and walked away. We had to ask if they wanted their tip in order to even get the driver’s attention. I suppose putting it on the ground is appropriate for non-tippers, but when the system doesn’t allow the tip well don’t take it out on us.
