Big name franchise ran with a small town feel, as while their systems are updated for full online or phone app ordering they also still take orders over the phone just like before the days of less interaction with people. They are also super awesome at making up for mistakes on an order, whether it’s pickup or delivery. They truly care about their customers experience and strive to maintain repeat business by getting to know their customers on a personal level. Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut in over 25 cities and 3 countries over the past 40 years.

Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but here we are. First, they delivered wrong order, went back to get correct order & when they delivered it , it was stone cold. Bothe pizzas were thin crust with very little sauce or cheese or toppings. All you could taste was thin crust. Really really bad pizza & need to get their stuff together.
