The pizza itself’s good. The price is high. All the third party add-ons like soda the specialty foods like wings, wedges etc are okay but just not really worth it. Just stick to the pizza and you’ll be fine.

This pizza hut has one person there who seems like they care at all. Unless that manager is working no one picks up the phone, the stuff is not really cooked how you order it, could be some random something, and it’s barely ever on time unfortunately as pizza hut is my favorite corporate pizza place. That one manager kills it though tbh. Unfortunate no one else can.

Pizza hut has excellent service and pizza. When you order you get points for pizza hut’s rewards and can get a free pizza with enough points. I ordered online with my free pizza by getting enough points and pizza hut brought the pizza out to me on the driver’s side.

I ordered for carry out. I arrived 15 minutes later. I was told my pizza wasnt even on Que for another hour. REALLY…..AN HOUR FOR CARRYOUT @ 530pm??? Then I had to wait for over 38 min with kids in car for them to prioritize it and get it completed. Hte staff is really slow and older. To be completely honest wasnt thrilled with all the long haired bearded people aroung my food & no face coverings. I actually would like a refund.

I will never order another pizza from this store. I live less then 5 minutes from the store. Pizza and bread sticks were cold when they got here. I will be getting Papa Johns from now on. Always hot and really good when it gets here.

First off the employee that “greeted” me was extremely rude. I was snapped at for not waiting the required time before coming in. The website said 25 to 30 minutes for carryover and my email said 5:40. I understood it was a Friday night and it might take a little longer but I had no way of knowing how much longer.

Pizza Hut used to be good. Used to be. Now they’re frequently closed for delivery at weird times. I’d be willing to let that pass due to complications from the pandemic. But the worse part is their delivery times. I’m perfectly willing to wait a while to get my pizza (sometimes) but Pizza Hut’s delivery estimates on their website are straight up wrong. And not just a little wrong. The website will frequently say “estimated delivery time 35-40 minutes” when it’s actually 2 hours *or more*. If that’s not bad enough, when I finally get my pizza it’s cold.
