I hate making anyone feel bad so I am polite in the store. I felt bad because they seemed to be short staffed but my order came out wrong and they correct it in the laziest way possible and dont check up on us while we’re eating I was not inclined to leave a tip. I ordered a chicken bacon parmesan with tomato on stuffed crust. It came out with no tomato. I asked if they would still put on tomato since that’s how I’d ordered it and it came back with frozen diced tomato with a few pieces of shredded cheese like they had just swiped it from another person’s pizza before it was cooked.

Fairfield pizza hut is awesome. Food was hot and ready when I got it. They waited to put the topping on my pp taco pizza until I got there so lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh and not soggy. Delicious pizza and definitely well satisfied!!!

I may go to Pizza Hut in Fairfield every 2 months. Usually, it’s early afternoon. More times than not, the manager has inappropriately yelled at staff to where the whole dinning area could hear him. I quit getting thin and crispy crust. They changed it years ago and it tastes like cardboard. Hand tossed is closest to old thin and crispy. They have staff retention problems. I was surprised that the 2 staff members were dressed in dirty clothes, and the pizza maker had unwashed hands. Both were friendly but not professional. Both were older than you’d expect at a startup job, but with this economy, it’s getting harder to find a job period. You’d never notice there’s a problem if you pickup or have it delivered. Sorry, my reviews are usually more positive than this one.

This Pizza Hut used to be decent but they have really gone downhill recently. The thin crust pizza is inedible. There is practically no sauce whatsoever, leaving you with a nearly burnt, dry slab, and they refuse to refund your money. I’m done eating here until they shape up.

Wait staff seemed confused. No ice, but didn’t tell us that, just asked if we wanted ice in our drinks. Um… yes. Husband ordered Pepsi. Waiter only got my drink. Never checked on us to see if we were good even though we were the only people in the restaurant. 5:30 on a Saturday night and no one else was there. Pizza was okay. A little overcooked, but edible. Been here before with no problems. Must be an off night.

Absolute garbage! There is no way this pizza was even warm when it left for delivery! The wings were also cold and severed in a bowl of basically soup ! Pizza was stone cold called manager talked to Christie all though she did offer a credit. But I paid in cash and I don’t live here so I basically spent $40 bucks for absolute garbage. They also didn’t bring any red peppers !

AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE 2 PIZZAS AND WAITING 50 MINUTES WHAT KIND OF PIZZERIA IS IT THAT THEY STEAL PEOPLE AND WHEN YOU CALL TO SAY WHAT HAPPENED THEY TELL YOU THAT YOUR ORDERS DO NOT APPEAR ON THE SYSTEM THEN THEY ARE STEALING AND I WAS ROBBED.
