We had our 6 year old daughter’s birthday lunch here. We called in advance, they were very helpful. When we got there day of, everything was set up, and perfect. They were very accommodating and on top of it. My wife and I are truly grateful to the entire staff for making our daughter’s birthday a fun and easy and enjoyable time!! Highly recommend!!

Had a nice lunch with my son. The staff was hard working and very pleasant. The salad bar was fresh with a good amount of selection. However the pizza was just ok. Pretty bland. The taco pizza had no redeeming qualities with a layer of refried beans, lettuce, tomato’s, and cheese. The price was ok. Just not what pizza hut used to be.

Ordered a cheese pizza with olives…I got an olive pizza with cheese. Seriously the smell from the pizza wasn’t pleasant. I like a few olives but this was over the top and I’m not sure if it was out of spite or someone having a bad day.

Have had problems in the past with receiving incorrect delivery orders, items ordered missing and or cold food. When calling the local number for delivery order the call often is sent to a head quarters and isn’t taken at our local pizza hut because they didn’t answer the phone. When that happened I’ve been told certain items were not available which was frustrating and confusing. Lately tho, I’ve used online ordering and the delivery drivers are already polite, I don’t have to deal with any one over the phone, delivering is tracked. So a message is sent when the order leaves the store and is out for delivery. I’ve ordered on some nights when the weather was house and the delivery guys were still polite and respectable! Great job guess. Keep up your great work, stay polite and respectful. It doesn’t go unnoticed and is appreciated. All of you should be told more often!

The staff was nice, but this Pizza Hut won’t make Personal Pan or Small Pizzas for individuals walking in! You must buy a Medium or Large to order Pizza at Pizza Hut. I dined in and wanted a Small Pizza… request DENIED. I ended up ordering a CHEAPER menu item than the Personal Pizza I was going to get, and won’t be coming back here. Its sad you can’t buy two of the 4 Pizza sizes during a dine in experience. Then why go to a Pizza place? Good luck to this Pizza Hut with these policies. Hope you don’t close down soon and fix this.

We barely order from Pizza Hut bc it has been our experience that it is always underwhelming, incorrect, and or over priced, yet here we went again to give it another try. Shake my head – it definitely left us frustrated with a big bill and still hungry bc we opted to just not eat it.

This Pizza hut was jammed full tonoc. They were the only place in Keokuk to get food. They staff was awesome and quick. Thank you for working after that storm did so much damage.
