Garlic bread was usual pizza hut quality. Service was something else. Very little effort was done for staffs personal hygiene and or any want or care to put the customer service first. Nothing special ordered and very sarcastic responses by the supervisor on duty. Was not a busy time( only people in there) there were tables not cleared nor was there any effort to clean them the entire time we were there.

The only reason I order from pizza hut is for the stuffed crust chicken bacon parmesan with Roma tomatoe.. the last few times I’ve ordered, I did not get the stuffed crust. They messed up and gave me regular crust. I drive 20 minutes to get to town just to discover I’d paid for something and didn’t get it. Again. Having a hungry family waiting back at home I don’t wait for a remake. I just want my order to be correct. I’m paying 20 some Dollars for a dang pizza.

Tonight, I tried to talk my wife into ordering online. She argued that a real person would most likely understand our oder better than a website. Boy was she wrong. All of our “on the side” specifications were placed ON our pizza. We received ZERO dipping sauce, napkins, or our beverage. We rarely order Pizza Hut. It was supposed to be a celebration type of evening. Poor display of communication from your team tonight.

Every item we ordered was incorrect in some way. Everything was incredibly under seasoned as well (wings, bread sticks, extra sauce was not given, one small bag of Doritos for a large taco pizza)

I had a pickup order for 5:55 I get there there’s three people ahead of me ordering pizzas while I watched three separate Pizza Hut employees walked by the counter it literally took me 15 minutes to get my pizza that they didn’t even make correctly if you’re the manager of this establishment I would be ashamed and embarrassed Ive been manager at pizza place for years plus other restaurant I worked at as a manager the customer service was s*** as was my order I wonder how much money these poor people have lost that own the the store due to the lack of the quality and customer service morale

It wasn’t cool inside, it was a really hot day. The table was very sticky. The Dr. pepper fountain nozzle had slime hanging from it. My pizza wasn’t bad. They only had one other table with customers so it wasn’t like it was busy. I won’t go back.
