I called two other local Pizza Huts that could not give me accurate pricing or answer my questions about ordering. This Pizza Huts staff was top-notch and knew their menu and prices inside and out. They were very knowledgeable with helping me order pizzas for a party and made sure I got them hot and fresh. Shout outs to Aaliyah, Marquis and Shavon to your excellent customer service! Our birthday party would not have been as delicious without your help. I cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and prepared.

Picking up a door dash order… waited 20 minutes… then they tell me they were out of an item and tried to reach out to the customer. I texted him right away and he responded with what he would like. Could have been solved 10 minutes prior with communicating. The lady at the register had an attitude.

First got to the store at 7:50pm to find the doors lock, then tried to call and no answer. Took 10mins to get my pizza I ordered, then then told me they closed at 8pm. Then why not tell me that or he at the door to give my pizza. Then the pizza was bad hardly any cheese even though I ordered extra. And double sauce when I ordered light. Will not be back to this location they used to do a great job but the last few times were awful.

Fast, efficient, never have to wait long. Food is always hot, fresh, orders always correct. Guy at counter is always friendly, polite. Always recieve napkins, receipt. Sometimes they have computer issues, a lot of times they have to close early due to no staff, computer issues but that’s the times now. At least they are happy, friendly always, food is hot, fresh.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut for a while and every time I order they never put extra sauce on it on is there pizzas is there sauce shortage that they’re not telling us about? Failed to deliver 70.00 worth of pizza for a party. My husband drove there and found a sign saying that their computer was down and they were closed for the day. The next day I went into the store. I was given my refund and a credit for 35.00 due to the inconvenience. I asked for a receipt, but was told that all I needed to give them was my phone number. A few months later I went in to use my35.00 credit and they could not find any record of it. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again!!

We always go to the West Bend Pizza Hut. Never had any issues. This time, they accidently sent our pizza out with the delivery guy. The employee was very nice and honest about the situation. Said she would have another pizza made in 10 minutes. Apologized multiple times. Gave us our pizza for half price. Great customer service! We will be back. 🙂
