I ordered pain cheese stuffed crust pizza and it was exactly like cardboard. There was no sauce, it was kinda burnt because it was just cheese and when I went to hear it up it immediately turned from cardboard to concrete. I’m extremely dissatisfied with what I received considering I order from here alot and love the stuffed crust but there ALWAYS seems to be a problem with ANY order I place but I continue to order because I continue to have faith they will make it edible. My order for the 1 stuffed crust PLAIN CHEESE was $27! And I couldn’t even eat 2 pieces of it without it cutting the roof of my mouth.

Great tasting and fresh pizza. my order is always correct (can’t say the same for some other establishments) and right on time. Management is pretty good too but my only complaint is that sometimes, the store will randomly close.

This is the worst pizza in Kenosha the pizza taste is so bad had to toss it 2nd time in 2 months we ordered again by mistake. A frozen pizza from the grocery store is 10 times better a large Supreme from pizza hut is 35.00 dollars. From the store 15.00 I will never order again

The pizza and bread sticks taste good it’s just the wings that are not right I got buffalo 16 pieces and they send me this big container with like 10 pieces that all fell apart and tasted sweet and I didn’t like them at all

Ordered 2 pizzas for 4 people, first bites in we found 2 long blonde hairs pulled out of our mouths. Called for a refund, they wanted us to drive across town to drop the rest of the Un eaten pizzas off, I said no and they laughed. Eat at your own risk

The food is good as usual, but who the hell sticks cinnamon sticks in a box with cheesy breadsticks. One of my breadsticks has a bunch of cinnamon on it because they were touching as the box was too small for them.

Awful I always like to get personal pizza 2 months ago manager said he had no employees came back 2 weeks ago I can see the slouch boss sitting in lobby area wouldn’t even answer the door. I guess he doesn’t need my 6.00. Sale, but he must treat his employes like garbage because he certainly does with his customers. It’s only a matter of time before this location closes. He needs to bow out and go away sort of like his customers do.

I can’t tell you how many times I have been to this particular Pizza Hut so when our family wanted to celebrate New Years Eve with pizza we turned to Pizza Hut. We ordered for pick up and the app said 50 min. I arrived 50 min later and immediately got a call saying they have canceled my order. 50 min after I placed the order! Why did Pizza Hut feel the need to wait 50 min after I placed my order? Since I was already at Pizza Hut I went in to ask why my order was canceled and I was informed that they were closing early. Mind you this was before 7pm. Then I was told they were only operating with one driver. I told them well what does that have to do with my order? I ordered for pick up not delivery so your reason is invalid. He said he understands how I’d be upset. I said really? So if you called me to place an order and I took it then waited an hour before telling you I decided to cancel your order you’d be fine with that? He had no response.
