Not very friendly, no air conditioning. Told us to order from the app, but we left because it was so stinking hot. It should of been a sign when the workers were hanging outside where it was cooler until we walked in. I miss dining in at pizza hut with a salad bar etc. Seams like the chain in headed down and out

The gentleman and women who helped us were extremely kind. They both went above and beyond to make my daughters book it reward extra special. My daughters were both excited to receive their pizza. It was a very nice experience and we look forward to patronizing them again! We know from the sign they are short staffed and we hope people treat them well considering this as they are both very very kind and patient!

I ordered a pizza and there was only one employee working?!?! I asked het how she did everything by herself. Her name was Savannah and she didn’t complain about being alone at all in such a huge, fast, environment! I wasn’t the only customer either. I was third in line, she was literally doing everything on her own! Her customer service skills were what every company desires from an employee! For that very reason I’ll be back w/ friends when your employee, Savannah, is working. My pizza was perfect!

Every time I call to order they say they are not making pizza, they are closing early, they answer and then hang up on you. I have started getting to point I will have my husband order so it don’t snap on anyone. I waited 30 minutes this time to make sure they had time to make it. Now I have been sitting in their lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting for one pizza. All I can see is an older women running around as if she is having a bad day (I hope she as a better one…) a younger lady keeps giving me updates and she is very sweet. But I keep hearing this man screaming in the back at the employees. This is getting insane.
