Came to whitewater to pick up my pizza. Waited outside the restaurant for 30min, and then called. Lady was rude, and hung up on me. Finally brought pizza to my car but lectured me on how far I was parked from entrance to the building because it was a far walk. Granted it was probably 5-10 feet further. I didn’t like being lectured while picking up my food. Won’t use this location again,

Second time I Ordered a pizza with extra sauce and light cheese, and got extra cheese with no sauce, on top of that I paid $20 dollars for that garbage. Toppers dominos and even la piazza is a better stop for pizza if you were in whitewater with more options and fresher pizzas.

pizza tasted great however for a $30 pizza and a $10 tip to the driver I would expect more. the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and when the driver carried it to the house with the bag slanted to one side most of the cheese was on one side of the uncut pizza. Come on guys..you an do better!

I got delivered a pizza by Harvey and he was super nice and friendly! Most pizza drivers just do the bare minimum, but he really makes an effort to show a happy and positive mood. Would definitely request him to deliver my pizza again! If you get a pizza delivered to you by him, leave a good tip, the man works hard. Hire more deliverers like this guy!

I ordered from here yesterday. being a mom of 2 I have enough to do I don’t have time to call because they forgot one sauce!!! I get a craving for the same thing today. When I let the lady ringing me up know what happened her response was “Well you shoulda called right away and let us know” WOW!!! I felt like I did something wrong for asking them to make it right. $.50. My family ate there at least 2 times a month but NEVER AGAIN. The food was good but I sure didn’t feel like the loyal customer I was there.

Went in for the lunch buffet. Waitress took our drink orders right away. She brought 2 waters immediately but well into our meal we had to chase her down for the choc milk we ordered and napkins. The buffet at one point was completely out of pizza! I’ve eaten here many many times and ususlly have a-one service. Fluke day?? I hope so because I love the food here.

We love to go to Pizza Hut for Taco Pizza but this Pizza Hut is the worst ever. I went there about a year ago and had very poor service but I thought I would try it again since we were in town for a sporting event. Never again and the 2 UW students that was with me…will sure be talking about the poor service we got. Manager so rude and unprofessional. Romain lettuce on a taco pizza? Is this truly a new thing and if it is….you better switch back to the old way. Felt bad for waitress but the manager needs to be taking some management classes. Went away hungry, mad and no left over pizza.
