Ordered at 6pm. Estimated delivery 6:25-6:35. Doordash gets involved and says 7:13pm delivery. At 7:35 Doordash says order was cancelled. Meanwhile no one ever answers the phone, even though if you go there people are working, but the automated answering service says “this number has been disconnected.” How is this still a business? Store doesn’t answer their phone…answering service has no way to contact the store and 800 number has no order details!?!?!

Place is a joke. Ordered online – get there food not ready. While I sat waiting I had to listen to what sounded like a party in the back. Probably y my food wasn’t ready. Very inappropriate conversation in front of customers. More focused on playing then getting orders together. Waiting almost 20 mins to receive my online order.

Good pizza, and great employees. The employees always go above and beyond, and are very friendly. Unfortunately the employees are severely underpaid. Whoever own this franchise should be ashamed of paying people a wage that they can barely survive on. I will take my business elsewhere till the owner can pay a living wage to the people that keep their business running.

Not a good place anymore for pizzas the restaurants are dirty always cold inside it’s like they’re telling you we don’t want you to eat inside.?they don’t offer things like they used to anymore you can’t buy the free pizza on your points they’re difficult to sign in and if you do pick them up you can’t eat them inside the restaurant even though you order sodas or a salad they won’t let you eat inside the restaurant that’s bogus don’t like it at all. What’s I use my free points to get a large pizza I won’t be back again. And this is in oconomowoc Wisconsin Rhinelander Wisconsin Milwaukee Wisconsin they’re all bogus. Even Waukesha Wisconsin they’re not as good as he used to be sad but true they lost their credibility and there understanding even some of their workers to buy and pick up the pizza they sit around they don’t clean up the lobby they’re just lazy

Ordered three boxes of pizza online only two showed up. recipt was modified as if I paid for one pizza for 27.09 and the other for 20.79 when I used a coupon for two topping pizzas for 37.99 and bought a 3rd one large one topping for 16.99. Bad business.

I ordered pizza at 7pm. Had not heard anything for over an hour from them. I had called because I was not sure what was going on, and they said that their computers went offline and they had contacted a driver to take the orders, but they were not responding and, all they could do for me was cancel my order and refund me. Which would take up to 5 days to go back in my account. I’m more than displeased. It is now 9:43pm.
