Ordered two pizzas one was supreme, and the other was pepperoni. For some funny reason ordering online is probably not the best way of doing it for this place. As soon as I got there it was ready to go. I got home I live 12 minutes away, one for my kids, and one for me and my wife. The one for my kids was missing pepperonis. It was just cheese and onions. The supreme pizza we ordered was too much cheese very little sauce. I called and complained about there not being any pepperonis. They told me to bring the pizza back and they would exchange for another pizza. Sad thing is I have to drive all the way back just for that. A cost of 60 bucks so I wasted my gas and my time. Very disappointed with Pizza hut… me and my family ordered two pizzas one of em pepperoni with mushrooms. (important to the story) went back home to have dinner my wife hands me a slice I took bite and for some reason the mushrooms were a little to hard then normal, kept eating and I found this on one of my bites(photo)

The staff were kind and courteous. Instead of delivery to go there and order what I wanted. From beginning to the time I got my order was 20 min. That’s awesome! Keep in mind this was 6pm on a Friday. Excellent service. I actually prefer to just go pick it up now. Thank you to the people at this Pizza Hut location for the their timeliness, courteousness, and great pizza.

Glenview location’s manager gives management a very bad name! Whomever she is she has a nasty attitude especially after purchasing several items in the amount of $87.00 and they delivered the order messed up said they would send the correct food out and brought me the incorrect food again after accusing me of lieing about receiving my food she was rude as ever and hung up on me and then when I called back repeatedly asking for my correct order she kept putting me on hold and would never pick up the phone. After 2 trips and wrong food refusing to bring me the correct food she said all she will offer me is a $10 credit that wouldn’t even cover the mistakes they made. I told her I didn’t want the credit I just wanted to feed my kid the pasta I ordered him because he can’t eat pizza! I would give this manager 0 stars if I could. Since she hung up I didn’t get my credit or my food.

This location has gone way downhill. They used to have great service and a super friendly delivery driver. Now deliveries are outsourced, apparently. On our first order after this change, an item was missing. I called the restaurant to get a partial refund for the missing item. Not an option, I was told. They would deliver the missing item (with a 45-minute wait – so useless). Or, give us in-store credit – useless because I’ll never place another order here.

How hard is it to place an order at pizza hut? Let me explain! On my way home from work, just wanted to order, pick-up and go home. First tried to call in an order, got routed to a call center and could not understand the operator. No worries, I’ll just stop at the location and order in person. Get to the counter and ask if there are any specials. Employee response: our specials are only available online, I can’t help you! Needless to say, I went to another pizza place asked the same simple questions and got my order.

Pizza Hut now uses door dash and the pizza arrived cold. One large pizza, a side of breadsticks, and boneless wings came to $70. That’s pretty outrageous. I used to deliver for Pizza Hut when I was a kid. We had to take a 4 hour training course on how to handle our pizza deliveries and the sense of urgency with the deliveries so that the order/s arrived hot. Not sure if door dash knows any of this, nor do they probably care. As the door dash driver was pulling my order out of the carrier, it slipped from his hands & dropped all of it onto my porch, so the pizza was all smooshed to one side of the box. He apologized like it was nothing. For $70, I was expecting much better service & product than I received. A lot has changed since I delivered for Pizza Hut 20+ years ago. Pretty sad.

Worst customer service! The order was placed on their website but delivered through door dash. Parts of the order was missing, so I called but after 30 minutes there was still no answer. Drove there and there were over 5 employees, half of which were just hanging out. The cashier who came to deal help was higher than a kite and was like “did you bring the order with you?” No! I brought my 3 little kids with me and had to come get what was missed. I was able to get it resolved but no compensation or even an apology for their screw up.

Placed a delivery order at 730pm. I received an email that my order was on its way and should arrive around 820pm. Never came. At 9pm I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Finally spoke to someone that said they were waiting for the driver to pick up my order. Weird since I got an email it was on its way already. At 10pm I called back and it just rang and rang. At 1015pm I called back again. Rang a few times then I was disconnected. My sister said they probably see it’s me calling so she called on her phone. They answered right away but said please hold. After 5 minutes my sister hung up and tried calling again, they picked up the phone and hung up right away. She called one more time, it rang and rang until she got disconnected. Never got my pizza and my card was still charged $40. Beyond mad.

I ordered a large pizza and breadsticks that cost me over $50 including tip. Unacceptable given that my food was ordered, cooked, and delivered in about 20 minutes. I mean speedy is fine, but this was a little too speedy. The pizza was missing toppings, was undercooked, and the breadsticks weren’t even cut, they were just a big blob. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again.
