It wouldnt let me do ZERO STARS… they dont deserve 1 star. We ordered pizza and soda for my husband’s birthday tonight. The delivery came and they didn’t have our soda. The guy said he would grab it and bring it back… it had been almost an hour and still no soda. I called the store and let then know what happened and let them know we are trying to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we have nothing but water to drink. I asked them due to their screw up would they be able to bring us brownies. We were told no and that the soda would be to us as soon as they can get it to us. The most horrible customer service and they just lost a customer that orders a lot. Do not go to this store, you will be disappointed!!!

They do not make the order as requested. This has happened at multiple occasions. Ordered a veggie Pizza, they added chicken and Bacon to it. Another day ordered a simple cheese pizza with Creamy garlic parmesan sauce, but they made it with Classic marinara. When called about the issue, they were very casual about it as if it OK for a non-meat eater person to have meat. Offering a free pizza does not compensate the religious sentiments that are hurt or allergic reaction that one may suffer.

Absolutely terrible service, we ordered some food tonight, 20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive we called to find out what the delay was. No one answered the phone. We drove over to see what the delay was and ended up canceling our order and got food elsewhere. They weren’t even sorry, they were relieved they didn’t have to make our order. We ended up eating 2 hours later than normal because of this. Would not recommend this location at all with so many better pizza places in town.

Pizza was late to my party. I called before and asked to cut in squares and they said no problem. The food came 20 minuets late to a party where we only had 30 minuets to eat, so we had to eat very quickly once it did arrive. When the pizzas came, only one pizza was cut in squares and the other pizzas were in huge slices. We did not have enough food to feed everybody at this party because of this issue. The food came very late and was really cold and soggy. When I called to complain, they argued with me. Finally they said they would give me a $20 credit on my account, then hung up rudely. I looked on my account and there is no credit on it. Never use the Sun Prairie WI pizza hut for any parties or even yourself. They are very unreasonable and irresponsible!

Order new Yorker pizza, cinna sticks, and boneless wings and a 2 liter, spent $44.+,total, Ordered deliver,y, 2 liter arrived with alreadybroken seal(openned) I immediately called in to request a replacement.was told they’re short staffed it would be some timetill a driver was in area. I waited over an hour, no soda, called again to inquire, where’s my paid for SAFE soda, it was sent a total of 2 hours later after initial order
