Staff I’ve encountered have been nice. Like other said the consistency has a range, but can’t say it’s ever been bad. Just sometimes really good and others ok. I find medium comes out more consistent and on the good side. There has been a few times where they drop meat in my veggie orders though.

Best calzone ever!!!! Steak and cheese and the chicken bacon ranch! Best food ever and they are fried tasted like a really good empanada but portions are good I ate 2 and was very full! Looks small but isn’t.

The delivery driver uttered rude comments to my daughter such as “learn to tip better and pay my bills”. I reached out to the manager who refused to give further information. I really hope someone in leadership have a sit down with the delivery driver, as that type of behavior is unacceptable.

Go to dominos instead, dominos has much better quality and consistency. This location is very inconsistent. Usually pretty bad. I keep ordering here and praying for a decent pizza. Today’s pizza was bad. It’s getting worse at this location. I specifically put a request in the order to cook lightly and not burn. Then I got a very burned tasting pizza. I suspect they might have done it on purpose. Not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but in the bottom 10%.

The manager at this cottage grove location is so lazy i asked for a specific topping in which i ALWAYS get at Pizza Hut, I just so happened to be closer to this location today and he was refusing to find the option in the system for my pizza. LAZY!!!
