Ordered online with the pickup through the drive up in 15min. Left the house with 2 min remaining, pulled up to the drive up window there were other cars in line. Nobody moved for 15-20 min. A car behind me ended up pulling up off to the side and walking in to get their food. Then the car in front of me did the same thing. After 20-25 min in line I followed suit. Ended up that my order just came out of the oven and they needed to box it up yet. If that was the case, my order never made it to the baking stage when I pulled up in the drive up window.

Do not come to this location. Horrible service! Ordered a meat lovers… zero meat. This is the 2nd time this happened to me and will be the last. Even call them and their reply was “they can’t do anything about it.”

Pizza was delivered quickly, at expected time. Pizzas and dessert were all Hot and fresh tasting. Order was correct and was dropped off carefully and followed delivery instruction.

Got a “meat lovers” melt and this is the 2nd time in a row it came with just cheese. No meat… Called the store and they refused to do anything for me to make it right. The kid/manager on the phone said that seeing as it was a door dash order that he cant prove it was from that store. I replied by saying that it says it came from your store on the receipt. His response: sorry, man. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Grease. Puddles of grease. This is the WORST thing I’ve ever eaten and the crappiest customer service. I order from Pizza Hut a few times a month. It’s OK, but not EPICALLY HORRIBLE like this grease fest. That’s a thin crust meat lover’s special on the photos. It’s SO GREASY that the fat pooled on the box’s bottom and soaked through to the outside. The crust is not crisp, but SATURATED with this muck.

Based on the length of time between when my order showed as out for delivery and when the food actually arrived, I suspect the driver may have had multiple deliveries in addition to my order as the breadsticks were barely warm upon arrival. The cost of pizza, delivery and tip are at a price point that I would have expected quality and not having to reheat the product. I understand the cold weather, gas prices, staff shortages impact, however, I will pick up or order bake at home in future vs delivery.

Bad customer service. Double charged my card twice and will not fix it. Talked to my bank as they stated I needed to do and since it is pending not on hold it’s up to Pizza Hut to take it off. Over 90 dollars with 47 of it being an additional charge. Would not recommend
