They got my order completely wrong, when I called to complain they were not only extremely disrespectful but hung up on me. Maybe when they take someone’s order speak louder and clearer, as well as if a menu item has changed make sure you let the customer know. Cause the “pizza” I received was absolutely the most disgusting thing I ever received. We’ll never patronize this establishment ever again.

Shawano pizza hut has no more dining area service. Which means you order, then get all your paper products and plastic utensils and sit. They bring out your pizza and that’s it. Kind of weird.
