Second time now that we tried to place an order and they are closed by 5pm. We don’t get done with work til 530. Why have a pizza joint only open for the slowest hours of the day is beyond me. Guess I will have to give my money to another pizza joint

Always have great testing food here, always ready for us to pick up when they say it will be ready. This poor woman needs good quality workers. She’s always running short of workers and she’s always rushed and the customers are flat out rude to her! No matter how frazzled she is she has always been nice to me and my husband!

Tried to order on the phone. Was hung up on the initial call tried again only to have my call answered by thee rudest person who either didn’t know or could not be bothered to tell me about delivery specials if any and said to look for myself online. Showed no interest at 10pm on a Friday night in selling me a pizza which is the point of the restaurants existence and rude persons job! So I chose to order from the competition. Pizza Hut is a joke and should just close up shop and leave Manitowoc. Never gonna make this mistake again.

Holy smokes! Picked up a two pizzas cinnamon rolls and bread sticks. The order was 25 minutes late from the online order pickup time, then.. the pizzas were clearly not cooked (I’m assuming the pizza ovens have a bottom element that isn’t on) the top look great, but it was just resting on dough… Maybe they didn’t notice this, but the cinnamon rolls were clearly not cooked… Yet they FROSTED the dough! I figured just never return but my better half wanted to call and let them know their oven wasn’t working… Well 30 minutes on hold and.. “well there are only three of us here so bla bla bla.. So bizzare.

Waited half hour after scheduled pick up for my small order. Ordered extra sauce on my pizza. The sauce was almost non-existent on my pizza. The veggies smelled old and tasted sour. This pizza hut back in the day more than ten years ago was amazing.
