The thing I order most from Pizza Hut is their baked veggie pasta. There’s something about the veggies I find so delicious. I also enjoy the personal pan pizza. If you like brownies then you should try the ones from Pizza Hut, chewy, chocolatey goodness. Prices may be a wee bit more than regular fast food places but the food is good. Delivery time is excellent, most of the time my order arrives within 30 minutes. Never more than 45 unless they say it may be an hour depending on the busy times. That’s to be expected when an order is placed during busy hours.

I watched as the people prepping the pizzas never once put on gloves or even washed their hands. The establishment was filthy and it took over an hour to get my order and even then they got the order wrong but I wasn’t waiting another hour for one pizza so we just ended up having to go buy ANOTHER pizza from the grocery store on top of the outrageous price we paid for the unsanitary , unacceptable excuse for pizza that we paid for ahead of time therefore losing our money and having no option for a refund. Out of $60 of pizza , over half of it was wasted because Noone wanted to eat a wrong order with someone else’s gross germs and God knows what else on their lazily slapped together pizza.

Ordered wings and they called me 30 minutes later to tell me that they didn’t have a delivery driver to deliver my order…on a Friday night. I cancelled the order. 10 minutes later I got a door dash notification stating my order was being picked up. Had to call the door dash driver and explain the situation. I have no idea what’s going on at this location but I probably won’t be ordering again.

The food is amazing and the only downfall I have is on the website I was unable to find the delivery option. One other thing is when you call the number listed on the building or online it goes to some sort of queue and your on hold forever

Delicious. The 2 mediums any topping is a great deal! I loved the extra pepperoni thin crust and the wife loved the ‘everything’ white sauce. This Pizza Hut does a great job and a good value. Thank you! Pay that lady a raise!! (From whatever it is now.) Dated today on 1:30 pm, 5/17/23.

Ordered pizza and it was an hour and 20 minutes late being delivered. While waiting I called to verify or cancel my order since it was not arriving and I was hung up on once and then left on hold for 20 minutes. Just as I was getting in the truck to go get something to eat somewhere else the driver arrived with my cold pizza. The driver said “well at least the bottom of the box is still warm, we’ll sort of anyway.” He blamed “corporate” and the “system” and even “door dash” and had lots of excuses for why our pizza was an hour and 20 minutes late and cold. According to this employee the problems start at the top of the corporate office and somehow trickles down to the delivery person so I guess I would avoid this brand all together. Last time we ordered from Pizza Hut in a different city we had a similar experience so we probably won’t be back. Lots of other 1 star reviews here also, so buyer beware!

Ordered pizza on the app. The app said my order was ready. I drove to the store to find the door locked and when I called the number I got a message stating they were closed. All I got for my trouble was -$38. I called the customer service line without much help!!
