If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!! This was THE WORST pizza I have ever had!! I bragged to my husband how amazing pizza huts vegetarian pizza was and then when we ordered one here, IT WAS THE WORST PIZZA EVER!! Absolutely no cheese at all that I could find! The crust was hard as a rock! The veggies were really thick and under cooked. Just absolutely the worst!! We paid $22 for TRASH!!

The wings and deserts are good! That’s about it. Oh! And the presales sodas are yummy. The pizza is terrible. Last 4 times I’ve ordered a pizza from this location it has come back disgusting. Ingredients going bad, pizza not fully cooked and/or falling apart, hair in the cheese. I went to the Wausau location a few weeks back to make sure it wasn’t pizza hut as a whole and it was great! The Merrill location is the one with the problem. Just stay away from the pizza.

(Merrill) Food was ok, waitress was very nice and very helpful, but it was very inappropriate for the manager (or lead or whatever she is called) to yell at an employee while there are customers in the restaurant. I do understand that good help is hard to come by these days but that is when you pull that employee aside and have a conversation with them about their performance (away from other employees and customers), it was not horribly busy where that couldn’t have happened. It honestly just made that manager / Pizza Hut look very bad.

Got Dine-in, ordered the Meat Lovers. Really greasy, but other than that, standard Pizza Hut quality. Service was pretty good, though. Waitress was very sociable, entertained the kids well.

It was a bad experience few weeks beforehand I order pizza they gave me black olives and I asked for bell peppers they gave me $8 voucher on the pizza which cost more than $8 that we didn’t eat. And as well this experience my last experience with you guys was horrible they overcharged me $24 for two medium pepperoni pizzas and I asked for hand tossed they give me pan… I think the people need more experience on the phone the food was lukewarm they must already had it made cuz they only took me 5 minutes to get there my pizza was already ready so you tell me..

Ordered delivery and they gave me the wrong pizza. Ordered pepperoni and bacon and got plain cheese. Tried calling and no one will answer the phone. Couldn’t even get a hold of anyone to tell them it was wrong and get a new pizza. Last time I order from them.
