Normally we don’t have issues with this Pizza Hut, but the other day, we ordered 2 large pan pizzas and 1 large house crust pizza with bread sticks. It was rainy, so we tipped the driver more than usual. When one of our kids came back into the house, we only had 2 pizzas and the bread sticks. I called to find out where our other pizza was only to be asked how they could help, me explaining the situation, then being hung up on. I called 5 times and was hung up on each time. I ended up driving into town to find out what was going on. I am not sure if this person was the manager, but he was not the kindest and complained to me that they were very busy and were running out of ingredients. I’m sorry it was busy, but that doesn’t excuse the employee to be rude to the customer. And if you are missing ingredients, have the decency to call the customer. They made me a new pizza, but as I waited, the same rude person kept picking up the incoming calls and slamming the phone down to hang up on them. I walked out with the wrong type of crust I had ordered, but at that point, I didn’t care and just wanted to get out of there. They have lost our business with them.

Very disappointed in the Rhinelander Pizza Hut. When I got home to eat my pizza I realized there was like no cheese on it. It was also to the point hard to even take a bite out of it. It wasn’t black burnt. I ended up throwing it away because couldn’t eat it. Spent $22 and only thing we could eat was the cheese sticks. I’m a huge pizza lover and that by far was the worst pizza I have ever had.

Attempted to order a ‘personal-sized pizza’ for my 9 yr old Grandson with one of the several “Book-it” vouchers that he had earned through his school & since we live 40+ miles from Pizza Hut- it’s very rare that he even gets an opportunity to cash any in!

Really off putting sweet smell when entering. Tables weren’t wiped down properly. Staff were all wearing jeans and sweat shirts as if they were part time mechanics. No professional appearances all around. Forks and knives had a layer of grease caked on. It felt like the cutlery needed a good scrub with an SOS pad. Staff were decent as most folk and delivered our pizzas to the table but again they weren’t properly dressed. Wasn’t a nice atmosphere BUT the pizzas were delicious. This is not a good dine-in place.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME. CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT RHINELANDERS PIZZA HUT BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS SUPPPSED TO BE A WELL DONE PAN PIZZA. ORDERS BEFORE THIS AND I HAVE CALLED WITH NO JUSTICE. COME ON GUYS WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO TRAVEL TO OTHER CITIES AND EXCPECT TO GET THE ACTUAL PIZZA HUT FOOD WR KNOW AND LOVE RIGHT?
