Slow service, had to repeat my order three times for them to get a three topping pizza right. The lettuce on the salad bar was very brown. My pizza was not sliced evenly. My pizza did taste good.

We placed an order for delivery at 9:47pm. Store hours were until 11pm. Waited almost an hour before calling to see why the tracking still said the store was making just 1 pizza. Calls were sent to a call center, with no answer at the store itself when they’d transfer the call. I drove to the store but it was completely dark with no cars in the parking lot. I was charged for products I never received and the store was closed prior to the 11 pm time as stated on their website. It also stated online, which I have a screenshot of, that the hours were verified by the local pizza hut store just 3 weeks ago. This is truly horrible service. If an order could not be completed due to staffing issues or incorrect hours listed, etc., then it is the responsibility of the company to inform customers as such. I would rather drive nearly 40 minutes away at this point to go to Domino’s pizza in Sparta. I think they’d offer better service at this point.
