Ordered carry out and NOTHING was cooked through. We ordered out so we didn’t have to turn the oven on in the heat of the summer. Called and got a $20 credit to which I’m glad we got our money back but what about my gas and time to go get it? What to do for dinner now? Beyond frustrating.

Just ordered a thin crust cheese and mushroom pizza and the sauce was very spicy… not sure what kind of sauce they used but was not good. It arrived in a timely manner but I will need to doctor up left overs. Guess I will go back to gas station frozen ones.

Worst wait staff and hostess. Very snotty and lazy workers working as wait staff and hostess. Food wasn’t even good. The pizza was raw, and the cheese sticks were half burnt and half doughy.

Newly remodeled inside with several tv’s to watch sports. Our pizza was very tasty, and the wait wasn’t very long. The staff was friendly, and we were in and out in 35 min.

Our pizza showed up like this. Every time we order from this pizza hut there is something wrong with our order. Either it’s a wrong items or they forget something. So this didn’t completely surprise us with our history with this pizza hut, but they amazed us once more on why we shouldn’t order from this particular restaurant.

No words can begin to explain the amount of incompetence I encountered. I ordered 2 pizza’s online for delivery. Wait time said 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. After 15 minutes the store called me asking if I sent someone in to pick it up, I replied no. They said well we gave them your order, but ensured me they would remake and get it out immediately. After another 20 minutes I decided to call the store, after a very short conversation they tell me my order is in the warmer, and if I want to come get it I can. So I drive there to find an empty warmer, but the young kid behind the counter says he can have it done in 10 minutes, that was at 8:04pm. I did not receive my pizza until 8:51pm. I asked for a manager and was told that they had left at 2pm. Needless to say I emailed their corporate office.

Pretty ridiculous that they still don’t allow dine in… sign says for their employees and community safety… come on its been 2.5 years and everywhere else I’d open for dine in! To bad for them since many of the small pizza places will get many customers that would of chosen them!
