I’m not sure how most places run without staff but here we are .took forever to order at the counter the chick didn’t even say hi so lack of customer service right there. Ordered our food the lady didn’t speak loud enough to tell us the price . Even after we asked. Sat down dining room was dirty every table. There were only 2 people before we ordered. Nobody is working besides making pizzas.weridest pizza hut I’ve ever been too. Will not come back or order from them again.

Yesterday I ordered Pizza Hut for the first time in years. It was so good and delivered so crazy fast that I can’t understand why it was so long since our last order!! Quality was spot on and the delivery driver got it to us so fast that it was still almost as hot as if it had just been pulled from the oven!!

Food on buffet was left out far too long. Everything was dried out. Tables were left dirty and no one cleaned up. Was on my last plate from the buffet when i finally had to ask for my drink that i never got. No one restocked plates at the buffet so i had to go behind the counter myself. Had to do the same for silverware. I am shocked at the complete incompetence of whomever is running this store. They have no buisness running a restaurant of any kind if this is what they thibk is acceptable. If this is how front of house is run, id be afraid to see the kitchen. Wont ever order from here again.

Good food, but the service is a bit iffy. We got fountain soda but the waitress never came back to give us refills. We eventually had to go up to the counter and ask. Next time we’ll just get bottles.

Delivered by a 3rd party but the customer wasn’t informed by the time the order was completed by customer. Two different delivery time given to customer. Slightly luke warm to cold pizza delivered. Doordash did not use hot/warm bag when delivered.

Well, we had seven people that were in our party but on arrival no lights on or a sign that said open so I went to the door and it was open so I went inside and informed a person that we had a party of seven and she said she would set up for us. I went outside to wait for the rest of our family. Still no lights on when the rest of the came. Went inside and no table set for our party so we pulled two tables together and we sat down. Finally a waitress game and took our drink order and after receiving drinks we ordered, they turned on the outside lights and a few customers came in then. Our food was good. A suggestion maybe would be to turn up the lights on the inside also so as to be able to see your food better.

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut for a while because I don’t like the “newer version” of Pizza Hut. I recently moved to Oshkosh & remembered they still had the old Pizza Hut. The one thing I absolutely love, love, love is their garlic bread with cheese! They still had it & I was thrilled. I placed my order. When I got there to pick it up, it was ready. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. I got home & the cheesy garlic bread was amazing!! Loved it! The pan Pizza was also amazing. Both were still hot. The pizza had lots of toppings, was very presentable. The taste & texture were awesome! Thank you for being the great old Pizza Hut I know & love!!!
