I placed an order at 4:42 pm on 7/8 and never received it. It is now 6:35pm on 7/8. According to Pizza Hut my order was delivered. It was not. I have called 6 times. I was hung up on 3 times right when the phone was answered and put on hold 3 times. Since all calls are recorded, this can be verified. I was not rude nor was I yelling. Again this can be verified since all calls are recorded. I just wanted to know where my food was. Since I have not been able to get in contact with the store, I will be going to my bank on Monday morning and requesting a charge back. I am able to prove I have not received my order. I think having a call center for pizza delivery is not working out well for pizza hut. This situation could have been resolved very quickly if I could have just gotten in contact with the store. I understand people make mistakes. We are human. However we are passed that now. EDIT: I was able to finally get in contact with the store at 7pm and they are giving me a refund and a credit. It took 7 phone calls. The GM was very nice. Thank you. However the call center is the big problem.

I placed a order at 1105am for a large pan pizza. Immediately they called me to say currently they are out of large pan crust I said I will wait for a later delivery then for 12 per what the lady said when they can deliver. 1230 no order I tracked the delivery and no updates then I called the store and the lady now said your order has been ready for pick up I said I did not order pick up I ordered delivery, no apology from the lady she goes we will get your order delivered to you. 1250p my food finally arrives and is cold, pizza not fresh what’s so every they clearly gave me the food that was sitting there waiting for pick up.

Placed online order for carryout. Picked up and returned home to find out the pan pizza we ordered was a thin crust. Called store to let them know the mistake. Gave me excuses about having no idea which order is was talking about, even though I picked up the order 5 minutes earlier. Told them what I ordered, and they said they couldn’t help me and hung up. No more Pizza Hut for us. Thank you for making the decision easy.

I’m sure my order is tasty but the delivery driver Walee was very slow. My messages said 1013 and they finally arrived 1037. Unacceptable. The food was lukewarm and my bread sticks were wet. The bags they were in, were soaked.

Walked in to order and it surprisingly wasn’t busy. Ordered boneless wings, a personal pan for the kiddo and some Quepapas. Service was great, only a ten minute wait. Jesse was very polite and friendly. The only pitfall was sticky wing sauce got all over as the container wasn’t fully sealed but overall the food was fresh.
