I got a thin crust, half pepperoni half everything…the pizza was crispy hot and delicious! The order came SUPER fast so that was nice! The gentleman who took my order was very nice and the one who delivered it was very nice as well! My only complaints.. they forgot the cheese on my breadsticks lol Not the end of the world but I love cheese so I was kind of disappointed. Also the pasta. Ugh im SO disappointed in that. It’s not necessarily their fault.. But if you ever had their original pasta, with the rotini noodles it was phenomenal, easily one of my FAVORITE menu items. The Alfredo sauce was always so thick creamy and delicious! Their new Alfredo.. not good. The sauce was super thin didn’t have much flavor and there wasn’t very much of it. At least the noodles were cooked al dente so that was a bonus …but I definitely miss the rotini noodles and their original Alfredo sauce 🙁 I knocked off a star for them for forgetting cheese on the breadsticks and a garlic butter sauce but overall I would still order from them again, I just wouldn’t get the pasta again

Love their Pizza, prices are great. My only issue is the workers can’t follow directions. I ordered a large pizza and ordered it online. I asked in the online order form for the pizza to be uncut, upon arrival, I again asked for it to be uncut. He replied, did you specify in the order, I said yes. Then it won’t be cut he said. We are now waiting and waiting. We had 2 pastas and a pizza, as he puts the order together, he grabs the slip, out comes the pizza and they cut it.

Had personal pan pizzas, they were delicious, and hot. Customer service was outstanding. We really need to support our local restaurants and shops. Will definitely be going back to our local PIZZA HUT !!! Thank you Pizza Hut for a great pizza.

I was impressed how 3-4 men scurried around to clear tables, make the pizzas, answer the phones, take orders, deliver food to a very busy restaurant last night. They did it with a smile. Cudos to all of them!! Great job!! (One female on staff also assisting with taking orders).

So… usually, I’m a happy customer. However, the Forest Lake, MN location has declined. I never get the garlic flavored crust… they’ve cut back on cheese, and the crust tastes like how cardboard smells. The pizza lacks flavor and quite frankly… I’d rather have Pizza Hut at this point. I’m tired of wasting my hard- earned money and not getting quality food.

Been a customer to Forest Lake, MN for so many years, never complain even though sometimes I get missing items or wrong stuff didn’t bother to call them back but this time was something I could fix or let it pass they delivery a wrong order… a cold pizza full of BBQ sauce on top!!! I didn’t order that especially with my picky eater kids, but for some reason in their end looks like I did. The manager was so rude didn’t want to work things out, her name was “Kelly or Kaylee” I even offered to drive back to the store and return the whole pizza for a normal pepperoni one, she said NO! This pizza was the dinner for my kids! She offered to deliver a new one, but I have to pay for it. I was so upset I explained to her that there’s no way I could miss this detail than she told me that next time to check my order 1,2 &3 times before summit it. I told her that maybe someone changes my order in her end and she got so mad about it and hung up on me. People think they can offend anyone and not get a response.

5th time in 2 weeks I’ve had an online order accepted and canceled because they didn’t turn off online ordering when they closed or rejected during regular business hours because online orders are turned off amd then they wont answer the phones. Why is the only way I can get a pizza through you is from door dash at higher prices and no specials. Cant even let me use the rewards points I’ve earned. Just another example of companies not honoring their reward program and blaming a computer.

Ordered half sausage and then half pepperoni with pineapple over all. No sausage and pepperoni on the whole thing and looks like they added pineapple after the got done cooking it and was just dumped on. sauce not even on the last two edge pieces. Ingredients poorly distributed overall unappetizing.

Tried to order a pizza for pickup. The app would only allow delivery. So I called the store to ask if that was available. The girl I spoke to said yes they were delivering today. I said ok can I order for delivery. She said no because they are closing soon. That was at 7:35. Website says they close at 9. Very unhappy.
