Wanted pizza on my 4 hour drive home so I stopped here because they were open late. Ordered online and did curbside pickup. They finished making the pizza before the quoted time and the pizza was delicious! Haven’t had Pizza Hut for years since all the ones at home closed down. I do recommend this location.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut, at this location. We ordered a pizza, wings and pasta. We got to the store, confirmed the order and left. When we were halfway home the worker called and said the pizza we got was wrong, he said instead of pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño, they gave us just pepperoni. We said it’s fine, we didn’t have time to drive back . He told us he would give us a credit for the mixup.

I ordered from the app. The app canceled my order. I called to place my order instead. Call center customer service didn’t take my order. I was transferred someone at the store. I placed my order with someone who answered the phone. Unfortunately they did not do something correctly and someone else got on the phone and I had to place my order all over again. And again. Unless the app gets fixed I will not be ordering Pizza hut for awhile. I wasn’t even offered anything for all the trouble or serious inconvenience.

This particular time when I went to pick my pizza it took 30 minutes before I was even attended to get my pizza. The gentleman working just said sorry we’re short handed which is understandable but when my pizza is sitting in the warmer ready for pick up they need to get their priorities better handled. Maybe if the workload can’t be handled they should stop taking online orders just so they can get caught up with current orders.

02/15/2023 – I had AMAZING customer service from Assistant Manager Jessica. I had ordered pick up and it said online that it would be ready in 10-15mins. I got there in 15 mins and it was not ready, but I could see they were short staffed and could tell a lot of orders had come in. Jessica came up and said she was sorry and that it would be another 10mins, I said that was ok, no problem at all. I went and waited in my car for 10 mins and came back, Pizza was ready but breadsticks weren’t yet, Jessica was very apologetic and I told her I understood and could see they were short staffed, she gave me a discount on my order and provided me a drink to sip on while I waited another 5-6 mins. Through those kind gestures that she did for me as a customer even though they were busy, she showed me that she cared about good service and customer satisfaction. It restored my thoughts on customer service, cause in the past couple years at all kinds of food service places I have felt that good quality customer service has become less and less. Jessica took extra steps to make sure that I felt she knew the time and customer service towards me was appreciated. Thank you Jessica!
