Third horrible experience I have had at this location which is a strike for me. I was hoping when I moved from Forest lake I’d have better experience but I guess it’s a chain issue. We spent $50 for our entire order to be incorrect and raw. I specifically ordered a large supreme no mushrooms, add pineapple. Had mushrooms and no pineapple which I can handle until I tried to actually eat the pizza. Am I supposed to eat this with a fork or? It’s literally still raw!

Tried to place an order online and it wasn’t going through. As it did the other day when we ordered. I called the store to place my order online and I asked if the online coupons could still be used, was placed on hold so the temporary store manager Lisa could look at the app to see if the coupons were for the Mora location. I wanted to order more then one pizza for the deal but the store manager said that she would only apply the coupons this time and for one and I explained to her that I didn’t care if I could use the coupons or not I wanted to place an order either way and then she got all dramatic about the coupons and how she would only do it this once for the one and she was the temporary manager. I told her I didn’t care who she was and if I could use the coupons or then she told me that I was being rude and she didn’t have to stand for it. Told her she was being drama over a coupon and she was making ordering a pizza difficult ugh just do better.

First, when we got there they did have fountain drink. Second the server never gave us plates so we had to eat on napkins. They never came and ask how our food was or if everything was okay. My cousin asked how much the dinner box was going to be he said “around the 20$ mark” it was 51 dollars. So personally this was one of the worst experiences at Pizza hut I’ve ever been at.but the food was good just need better service.

We had a great experience at the mora Pizza Hut! The staff was excellent the food was delicious our kids love the foosball table and dart board, it was decorated nice. Will definitely stop again next time we travel through town.

First off, don’t leave a tip until you actually get served. This is the fourth time ive had issues with this establishment. First three there was always one or two items missing from our order. I chalked it up to it being mostly high school/young adults working and thinking that possibly they were super busy those nights. Now fourth time, show up to pick up our online order. No customers in drive through, no one in the eating area, and what appeared to be only our order in the warmer. Sat at the register for 10 minutes. Alarms were going off in the back or some sort of beeping. Thought maybe the staff were just in the bathroom. Gave it another few minutes and i was going to call the reseraunt to see if it would get an answer. when not one, not two, but what appeared to be all three employees come walking in from outside through door that faces the north. I didnt see anyone outside when we pulled in, as you have to drive past that door to get to the main doors where we parked. I get that on slow nights people want breaks. But atleast one employee should be inside or watching for when vehicles pull in. Will just go to a different pizza joint from here on out. Pizza hut is far too expensive for consistent poor service.

Absolutely terrible. No more fountain pop, just bottles. No more real plates and silverware, it’s now plastic ware and paper plates. Parmesan and red pepper flakes in the shaker are gone. Now it is packets of parmesan and pepper flakes. After bringing our food to our table No one came back to check on us, we had to go up and request drinks, our bill and our take home box. We will not go back.

Went here today with my family, just horrible from the minute we walked in. Dont know if the employee was just hired but he seemed clueless. Had to ask him 3 times to just bring us water. Also seemed like they cared way more about the buffet then serving us. Very DISAPPOINTED. Wont ever go back.

I ordered the Family Pasta “Deal” for 20.99 Expecting 2 sets of cheese Stix, was not clear that “The Deal” only included one set. For about $1 more I could have ordered them separate and received 2 sets of Stix. Also they only drizzled about a Tablespoon of icing on the Cinabuns. Way less than the “Get to wipe up the extra” that I normally get on them. Also, but not a big deal, they left the cardboard covers on the pasta dishes. Does make it easier to store leftovers though.

We had the Big New Yorker! So fun to have that back! The sweet chili wings were delicious and the restaurant was decorated very cute. This place was very kid friendly and the staff was accommodating! Nice to have the dine in option back. Will be back.
