Their pizza is always hot & made right. They have a convenient carry out/pick up window but also offer delivery (unsure of how much extra if anything for delivery and unsure of how far out of pine City that they deliver to.)

When arriving we walked up to the door that was still locked 45 minutes after opening time. When we called to see if open they came and opened the doors. But when we went to sit down the tables had food crumbs from the night before. I cleaned my own table. All the food comes in to-go containers. When we got our pizza the top half was still dough and the bottom was just cooked. When we told them about it they said you can take it home and cook it or we can try to recook. Never had this kind of experience from a Pizza Hut before. We left and went to a different place to eat. Would not go back.

Strangely good visit. I dined in, and ordered boneless wings and a salad. Everything was brought to me in to go containers, so I was pretty skeptical. But Everything turned out great. The salad was fresh and tasty, and the wings hot, tender, just the right amount of sauce, just the perfect amount of heat. The staff was friendly and fast. Great visit, I will be back!

Was pleased with the pizza and its value. Would be a 5 star if the employee would call or text you when your order is ready to be picked up. But, my two pizzas were ready after 20 minutes, like the online ordering page said it would be ready. Will use again! Great pizza for a fair price. The employee who took my order and gave me my pizzas was kind.
