Delivery driver forgot part of the order, called into the store and the supervisor said they would send it out when the driver got back, never received item. Called back the next 2 days for a refund on that item (less than $5) and they continued to tell me they couldn’t refund anything, But to call back when the GM was in.

Absolutely terrible food! Made both pizzas incorrectly, literally no sauce on either when I asked for extra. Did not get any of the sauces I paid for. Would give negative stars if I could. 40 dollars wasted. Absolute trash franchise! Do not eat here!

Food was fine, but I waited for over an hour to get my pizza after being notified that it was ready on the app. I was using curbside pickup and checked in when I arrived. I called the store after 20 minutes and they said they were just about to put the pizza in the oven, which confused me. I eventually went into the store after having waited an hour. Stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes before getting acknowledged by a worker, whereupon my food was pulled out of the heating box, leading me to believe it had been ready the whole time. I will say it was an extremely busy night for the business, but even so it should be staffed appropriately to be able to handle Friday night food rushes, and to honor the expectation of curbside pickup.

Placed a order at 6:13pm, said it would be here at 7:30. Called the store at 7:50, person on the phone said that the order was sent to door dash and that it was never picked up by them. Then he says that HIS driver will get the pizza out to me. I said why didn’t you use the driver in the first place! Place is a joke!!! Needs new management! How can you run a business like that!

I ordered pizza online at 8:38 pm on a Wednesday night. I called the store at 9:35 and asked what the hold up was with the delivery. The guy said that they had given it to door dash a couple minutes before I called. I asked why wasn’t I given a call and told this? I’ve been waiting all night for my food. He of course had no excuse or reason why he was just apologetic. The door dash driver showed up at 10:01 (I’m literally 3 mins from the actual store.) AND OF COURSE HE DIDNT HAVE ALL THE FOOD I ORDERED! AND THE STORE CLOSED AT 10. ALL OF THE FOOD PLACES IN ROSEMOUNT, MN ARE HORRIBLE. JUST ADDED ANOTHER ONE TO THE LIST!

horrible customer service. had issues ordering a delivery three times in the span of 15 minutes. turns out the order was never placed when i called. someone called me back offering me my order for free for carry out. just called today to pick that up and the guy i spoke with told me the original guy never put that on my account and could only give me a $10 credit.

I’ve had good luck ordering the last few times. Was reluctant because of the poor reviews. But in all honesty I hate Dominos, so was willing to try. To my surprise both times have been great. On time and correct order. I do all my ordering online, so maybe that is why I haven’t encountered any issues, I don’t have to call nor go in, so I’ve avoided many of the issues listed by others this way. I just like Pizza Hut better. Will continue to order again. Only reason it’s not a 5/5 is because it’s fast food pizza, so expectations need to be reasonable.

My order took over an hour and a half to be delivered when i live 6 minutes from the store… also it arrived cold to where i needed to reheat my entire order just to be able to eat so i then had to wait even longer than the hour and a half i jad already waited for my order to arrive. They did give me credit for my order because i payed in cash they could only give me credit at the store but i would not order from here again and the only reason i am is to recieve my money back. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS STORE AND I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.
