Poorly managed location. They’ve been 30+min late on SCHEDULED deliveries a few different times. Forgot part of my order today too. $74 order and pre-tipped $16 and this is the service we get? Manager on duty said the GM was on vacation, wouldn’t leave a message for the GM to followup with me.

The pizza hut in elk river is horrible. Either your food takes double the time to be delivered then their said time and when it does arrives its normally cold, or they are quick about cooking it and delivery but is undercooked. Even just recently ordered a pizza took over 2.5 hrs called them and found out my order was lost or didn’t go thru but yet was charged and was getting text messages about it being made and out for delivery. This place is a total joke.

Got a Veggie Lovers with a two inch wood chip as a topping. Sharp and a serious choking hazard. I bit right into it, fortunately I was not injured, but still can’t get rid of the wood taste.

Ordered pizza with a certain time due to family not being home. It came 45 minutes earlier then selected. No one is home to eat it. It will now be cold. Called and I guess you deliver based on drivers not time you select. Very disappointed.

I order Pizza Hut frequently from various stores for my working crews. This is the second time that I’ve tried to place an online mobile order and it is failed at this store. It gave no reason, so I called the store, Thinking perhaps it was my card. Nope, for the second time they’ve run out of dough, on a Monday, at lunch. I spoke to the person who is on staff and they said they just needed to make more, but it may be an hour or more. Sounds like a management issue. Will be ordering elsewhere in the future
