Absolutely horrible .. I wish I could give no stars .. I called, ordered 3 pizzas they had to check if they had hand tossed crust..the gal said they did ..should be ready in 15 min .. ok great .. 15 min later I pull up and they call me ..we don’t have hand tossed crust or stuffed crust ..what ?? I walk in .. I asked why did you check tell me you did then tell me 15 min .. ah sorry dude do you want thin crust that’s all we have ..

Ok let’s get started with the good things, 1. They gave us great I’ll be it greasy pizza. 2. Me and my partner loved the style of the restaurant. Next the bad things 1. The orange crush had a lemony taste. 2. The employees were fine at their job, but fine is all. So all in all this is a great restaurant with even greater pizza.

Good food but poor service. At least we got there while two people were working. The delivery driver took our order, then left on a delivery. The only one in the back wouldn’t answer phones or acknowledge customers waiting up front. So, phone’s ringing off the hook, people walk in, wait 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement, then walk out. I understand short staffed but they could be a little more friendly. When we were paying, I signed the receipt, she pushed it back to me and point to where the tip is suppose to go and said in poor English “tip goes there” That was the most awkward interaction I have ever had. I feel bad for Litchfield if this Pizza Hut can’t make a go of it. We are certainly not going back!

I would not recommend stopping at all I ordered wings a stuffed crust meat lovers with half jalapenos it took 45 minutes to get our food and at that they did half meat lovers and half jalapeno and cheese when I tried to explain to the lady what I wanted she could barely speak English no shame so I explained to her in Spanish she said she understood the attitude was just as if she hates her job I understand if you are short staffed ok but at least get your order correct if it’s going to be over a hour for your food but the workers attitude was horrible and a revamp of the staff needs to be done except the very young man in the back he just took it and kept making pizzas as told maybe if he took people’s orders it might get done right and in that time two people say waited 20 minutes and then walked out due to poor service not to mention the phone ringing and no one answering the staff is costing this place money…… to the owner do better or there won’t be a pizza hut in Olivia ,MN

Drove an hour to have pizza hut. Ordered PAN pizza but didn’t get PAN crust. Ordered and paid on line for pizza and mt.dew they didn’t have mt.dew and the employee didn’t know how to give a refund.

They were understaffed and swamped but the staff that were working were hustling and working as fast as they could. You could tell they were stressed but kept such a great attitude even as they were apologizing for the long wait. Food was great.

This location has gone significantly down hill. I understand being short staffed is hard, but our experience was terrible. We waited over 15 minutes for a server to even talk to us, then took another 45 minutes to get our food, after the table who ordered after us, got theirs!!

It was surprising to see that one of the slices of pepperoni pizza was significantly smaller than the rest, as if there were bites taken out of it. Also, the breadsticks were different than expected – darker on top than desired and a bit dry.

Food was good but lack of employees hurts their service. Had to go find out own plates and silverware. Only 2 people working, one delivering the other cooking, taking calls and dinning room orders. The 2 working were very nice and trying their best. The ladies restroom has a very strong smell, it actually burned my lungs. Had to cover my face with my shirt and rush out.
