How are you going to offer curbside pick up but not follow through? Instead you sat down in a booth and stared at me through the window until we went inside. Then we were met with the “oh sorry I didn’t see you there.” Woman, my headlights were shining right into the window of the booth you sat down in when I pulled up. Do better.

I am very disappointed at this pizza hut. When I reserved my pizza the big New Yorker, the pizza was almost cold. Only two slices was big, but the other 4 was just a regular size. It looks like a regular hand toss pizza. It is so sad because I was looking forward to seeing the big New Yorker again. I definitely wouldn’t order this pizza.

Walk-in order. Got two pizzas. One was a special and they did NOT skimp on toppings for either pizza. Friendly AND Quick service. I would definitely recommend this location for future purchases! Thank you for providing a wonderful dinner to my family!

Ordered 1 pizza and bradsticks, on the app. Delivery time was 25-35 minutes. After 40 minutes called and it kept ringing for over 2 minutes. Pressed 0 on the automated answering system and they transferred me to the store, rang for over a minutes, someone picks up and hangs up on me. An hour and a half later the delivery guy calls to see if I still want the pizza. I laughed at him, said no way and that I tried calling multiple time without anyone answering at all. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Do not use this restaurant! My order was not delivered 45min after I was informed it was out for delivery. When I reached the store manager to ask about it I was told it wasn’t her problem and I’d get my order when I get it. I tried asking for a new pizza and she hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and got no answer. Almost 2hrs after placing my order I drove to the store. At this point I just wanted my money refunded. The manager was rude and using foul language. I did not get a refund or my food. I would give this place 0 stars but could not post this without at least 1 star.

My boyfriend ordered pizza and other stuff around 8:20. They said it would be here within 30-35 minutes. He called about 9:20 and the lady said it was delivered which we never received our order. She said she would give us a call back and we never got a call back. It is now 10:00 of course closing time. It was about a 50$ order plus a 5$ tip to drive it down the road. Totally uncalled for and horrible customer service. Dominios is your best bet. If I could give them 0 stars I so would.

If I could give negative stars I would! Waited forever for our order, tracking never changed. Called the store 6 times, they pickup and hangup. I called customer service who transfered back to the store where a man answered and said “Delivery or Carryout 2 hrs” then hung up. Of course I called back with zero answer. Meanehile im cooki g dinner for my Type 1 Diabetic child who needs to eat and get her insulin. I understand being busy but customer service is #1. This store has forever lost a customet. I plan on sharing my experience on all Shakopee Facebook pages!
