Our pizza was cold and doughy. When I called to complain they gave us credit for future orders. The thing is you can only use the credit at that particular store. We’ve moved since then and are 45 min away from that location. Besides that, with the consistent bad quality and service at that location, why would we ever order from them again?

Pizza could not be eaten as it was so undercooked the crust was mushy. The was so much tease it was disgusting. She the pizza arrived 10 minutes early the grease had passed throughout the box. We tried to finish cooking it but the results we still impossible to eat. We had to throw it in the trash and has grill cheese sandwiches for our dinner. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut a normally reliable vendor with dependable quality. it will be a while before we order there again.

Service is going downhill again. Wings not always available. The store is not always open. Works just fine for carry out. Veggie toppings were notably fresh and the instructions to go light on the sauce were followed. Not the cheapest option for this level of quality.

They rely on Doordash for their delivers.. The manager told me my food has been in the steam warmer for the past 30 minutes because we are waiting on someone to volunteer to take it. Then hung up on me as I tried to ask more questions.
