This is the second time i have ordered cinnamon rolls and they have came with barely any frosting, the ones without frosting are hard and gross. Each time i have paid for & ordered extra icing to dip them in, the first time i got no icing. the second i was asked if i need it because they already have icing on them. Overall they were good, but the store definitely needs some better people working. Both times i ordered for curbside pickup and waited in my car for about 5 minutes before just going in to get the food myself.

I’m only giving 2 stars because my food is great and the staff was quick to correct the mistake, but when I was explaining to the manager that there’s a difference between icing and frosting and he has the audacity to tell me that I’m wrong and that I ordered icing, but I ACTUALLY ordered frosting, then I don’t know what to think…if their management is incompetent at a fundamentally basic level, then I’m worried about ever ordering here again

Given this place the benefit of a doubt more than once; will no longer be wasting money on this place. More than once they’ve screwed up my order and each time they’ve offered a credit but never held to it. Then add the terrible customer service; 2-4 waiters on phone or sitting at counter while the unaware “manager” has to come from the back to the front to give the carry out to customer. Don’t waste your money on this branch, pathetic.

Stopped in for evening dinner and we were greeted with a surprised look of “why are you” here and told that the lobby is closed. It was 2000 with her and her friends were standing around the counter. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut too many times to count including tonight. I ordered in time for my son to be able to have dinner with us before he has to go to wrestling practice and guess what, ONCE AGAIN got the wrong order and now my son can’t have dinner with us. Order took over an hr to get to my house after ordering then get delivered the WRONG order. This has happened so many times not only to my home but to work as well. I try to keep my money and business local but I’m starting to think it’s not worth the headache or money anymore. Definitely not worth the time anymore. Places wonder why people are always upset and this is why. A simple check to make sure you have the right order. I swear this is like the 5 or 6th time this has happened to us. 1 or 2 times understandable but almost EVERY time? I could spend $60 else where over this headache. Very disappointed

Have gone from terrible to worse. Staff doesn’t care, pizza is never made the same twice, and even corporate doesn’t care when you tell them about it. Only reason I order here and there is bc dominos is worse. Would prefer Raferty’s comes back.

I ordered a pizza that was not delivered and when I tried to get them to cancel the order after over an hour and a half they transferred me twice and would not answer the phone either time. Do not ever order from this place. I have never had this kind of service from a company..I can not believe that they can still be in Business.
