We have ordered through them everytime were in the area. Always delivered withing 35 mins. The fellow today was awesome! Wish I caught his name tag. Thanked me for the tip which I put on our card instead of cash, which I know isn’t ideal. He said I seen you were in the hotel so I brought plates, napkins. And utensils! Scheduled an order to come at 6:30, and I put the order in at 5:30. Currently on hold for 8 minutes now, trying to call the store and ask what is going on. It is 7:23 and the delivery was supposedly coming at 6:54(still late but not too bad). They are only 9 minutes away from me and it has still not arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Do not order from pizza hut Alexandria. The app and call center suck. I placed an order and waited an hour, it never came. When I talked to someone, they wanted me to wait longer and still pay full price. So unless you want to order in person, wait and pick it up yourself, don’t even bother. Horrible customer service. It shouldn’t be this difficult to order pizza.

Food was wrong ordered a regular dinner box. I ordered half pepperoni / half sausage and mushroom I got a beef. I ordered cheese sticks got regular. I ordered cream cheese frosting and got icing. So pretty much the only thing right was the cinnamon sticks. I’ve been waiting on the phone for 20 mins still no answer. Ridiculous.

So uhhhh. I accidentally ordered the same half and half pizza twice. The delivery driver was super professional. He was like, “Here is your pizza sir”, with a straight face. I was all like, “Here is the envelope with the money and tip in it, ignore the star of David and cross, I was feeling artistic.” He was like “Have a good night!” 10/10.
