I placed an order online with gift cards. Everything looked like it process fine but when I was ready to pick up the food at the store, they informed me at the desk, their system is not compatible and the gift cards did not process. I also arrived on time 15 minutes, after the order when it said it should be complete. The board said it was ready for pick up, but they were so short staffed. They were ignoring everybody at the pick up window, the telephone and the front desk. I and six other guests waited 20+ minutes before I could even pick up my pizza. I had ordered two additional sides of wings and did not realize the container they put the wings in only gave me one order. I tried to go back but the people in front of me waiting inside said they had been there 30 minutes so I decided it was not worth my time. I will say the staff looked like they were working very hard to keep up all two of them but they did not have the staffing and support needed to accommodate the influx of orders. The food was fine, not the warmest, but it had also been sitting 20 extra minutes.

If I could give no stars I would, such a horrible experience. The store was short staffed which I get can cause delays but there was an unwillingness to address the customers in the store or drive through. There were 3 people behind the counter one guy who was doing nothing at all and two that would just disappear all the time. I waited in the drive through then in the store for a combined hour. All their warmers and delivery warmers were full pending pick up. Their oven was over flowing because they had no warmer space. Here’s the solution to the issue to clear up space, address the 15 plus customers in the store and the 7 plus cars in the drive through. My food sat in a warmer for that entire hour, had they just checked in with the customers their overflow issue would have been fixed. To top it off the food which was lack luster after sitting in a heat warmer for an hour had hair on the pizza.

No more pizza hut for us. We were given a credit for forgotten items from our last order, they got that order pretty wrong and it was delivered. I decided on the next trip I would pick up so not to get the wrong order, and mysteriously our credit vanished. I’m done being overcharged for the wrong food. The store is new and very nice.

Don’t substitute a customers order without calling them to inform them that the items ordered aren’t even offered in your location. Ground beef with bbq sauce is not bbq beef brisket.
