Very large delivery order was a little late and they gave me a credit. Because it was such a large order, part of it was forgotten (understandable). The delivery driver (Lee, who is always very nice) had the forgotten items to us in 5 minutes with an additional credit. Food was good and hot. Excellent customer service!

This is our favorite place to eat pizza. Always great service & ordered 2 pizzas from here tonight. The delivery boy must have turned the pizza bag on its side because the toppings were all slid off onto one side of the crust. We called the store, spoke to the manager & he immediately apologized. Then remade our pizzas & gave us some free items for our inconvenience. THANK YOU!!!

The photos say it all. Very dissatisfied. Would you want to eat this. They weren’t busy. This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Tried it again 5 months later. Wings were swimming in grease. Disgusting. Now they wont do refunds! If I were you I would go to Papa Murphy’s in Spearfish or get frozen ones. Now the owner responds to my email saying this quality of food is normal. How disgusting.

we ordered a stuffed crust and we just went to pick it up and it’s a regular pizza then the other day i got myself a pepperoni pizza melt and they gave me a mt lovers one definitely gotta focus on paying attention to what people are asking for just a little lol but other than that foods great
