This is the WORST Pizza Hut ever! They have managed to screw up our order the last three (3) consecutive times. When you try to call the store its not actually the local store and when you ask to speak to a manager they transfer you to Philadelphia where no one ever answers. There is literally no way to get the order corrected or resolved. I have wasted so much money on missing items, the wrong items, and/or poor quality that I am done! Do not recommend!!

Waited over 2hrs (7:22-9:40pm) for my delivery that never came. Called the place back and the nice gentleman that answered said that the person who took my order originally never confirmed it. Also the original person who took the order didn’t have a great attitude. Which fine at least put my order in. It’s called customer service everyone has bad days but still do the job.

Everytime I place an order on this site my order supposedly never gets received or it’s never delivered. Then when you call the store you get the ring around or they hang up on you. You tell them you have a confirmation # as proof which you’d think they can verify for your order and they ignore it. So I had to call corporate to get my money back.

It’s not much of a resturant. You can get delivery walk in or pick up I don’t think there is seating. With that being said I mist say THANK YOU PIZZA HUT FOR HAVING A LATE NIGHT OPTION. I gave 4 stars because of atmosphere and inside dining. Otherwise im a happy person.

They told me 20-30 mins, then after that passed they said doordash would complete my order an hour later. They never delivered it and when i called the lady hung up on me twice even though i was being polite enough.. a little grumpy but i understand its a stressful job because of greedy owners and mean customers. Eventually corporate got me my pizza, but it was as cold as if it came out of a fridge and it was delivered by doordash an hour and a half later ofcourse. This was the Fargo ND, 3051 25th St S and on 3/2/2023 5pm. Pizza delivery needs to become better than doordash.. not become them. Nobody wants cold food, and nobody wants to be hung up on for saying you never got your pizza.

Ordered 90$ worth of food at 4:52 kept getting the run around about a door dash driver (I didn’t order through door dash) named Bryan had picked it up and it would be there in 8 minutes at 5:33 after a text saying it was delivered and it wasn’t … then it was they are waiting on the door dash driver to pick up finally at 6:30 I just cancelled the order after horrible customer service and kept transferring me to a call center in PA after calling the store directly!!! I would not recommend this one they are rude and don’t care

Waited 30 mins past my time for pickup. Got told 5 mins multiple times. Which was a lie. It’s better to be upfront with customers instead of leading them on and on. The pizza was partially burned as well. Very disappointed. I get it is a Saturday night and I expected to wait but showing 15 mins then waiting an additional 30 is kind of ridiculous. Delivery would’ve been the same time. If you know you’re behind, change your pickup expectations for a longer time. This is the 3rd time with this happening over the past few months. Other chains in the area can execute… Why can’t you? Thanks.
