Got food today. Food was ok. My complaint is that well I was waiting for my food I could not believe how the disrespectful that this lady was treating her coworkers and how she was saying she was not going to pickup the phone the lady was down right rude and disrespectful to her fellow coworkers and she would not come help the other customers made them wait 10-15mins before getting orders.

I just tried calling to place an order and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back because I wanted ask if they delivered, since my Uber order was cancelled. Before I could talk, I was placed on hold again. I called back to try and ask again because I didn’t want to waste my time or theirs and again was not able to speak before being placed on hold. I waited a few minutes and then called back again. The individual who answered was very sarcastic saying, hello Amy (I guess my names pops up) we are busy”,and continued to talk and talk and again I could not ask a question. When I asked if I could just ask a question, he finally stopped talking over me. I ask and he said “ yes “ they deliver. I said “ok that’s all I wanted to know, know I’ll hold”, he then went on to remind me of how busy they were and something about his manager.

Poor customer service, no eye contact, can’t be bothered to acknowledge me as a customer. No discounts offered, tried 6 different coupon codes, all said the same thing “this store doesn’t accept coupon codes.” I understand it’s a franchise, but you are a national chain. Overpriced compared to all the other pizza places in town. For me not worth the hassle of driving over to S Washington to pick up an order since they don’t deliver outside GF. Might be a very long time before I try it again. UPDATE: tried the Philly cheese, steak was good but the crust very dry. The pepperoni was the only saving grace.

Haven’t had Pizza hut in years. Everything tasted pretty good. However, the pizza was hastily cut and the sauce with the breadsticks was leaking and the other half full. Still tasted pretty good though and the driver was polite. Ill order again.

Are you guys even trying anymore? I don’t know why I keep ordering from here because it keeps getting worse. I can understand longer delivery times because of staffing issues but when you can’t even cut the breadsticks or put the marinara sauce in the bag/box there’s no excuse. My pizza was ok so that’s why this is 2 stars and not 1.

This was by far the worst Pizza Hut and Door dash experience I have ever had. We ordered at 9:27 pm (online) and received our order at 11:38 pm. We called to inquire about our order at 10:48pm, and the Pizza Hut employee was very polite and explained that the order was sitting on the warmer for quite sometime and they were waiting on the door dash delivery driver. Once the order finally arrived all the items ordered were cold & looked as if it sat for hours, it was not appetizing at all. Definitely never ordering again.
