Pizza delivered hot and the whole pizza smashed together in the corner of the box like it had been dropped or carried vertically. Driver left it at the door that way and left before I could get to the door (hotel). I called them & manager said she’d send a new pizza right away and they would take the smashed one back. New pizza arrived 45 minutes later. No apology. Finally ate dinner 2 hours after ordering. Pic is of first pizza as it was delivered.

Stopped to pick up pizza & wings ordered by a family member. Arrived home and realized we were given someone else’s order. Called and was asked to return the wrong food. Returned the food thru the drive thru window and was sent home with our cold pizza that had been sitting in the store for thirty minutes. Not impressed.

Beyond disappointed! Order was totally screwed and when I called to figure out a solution (politely) I was hung up on. When called back I was told I’d receive my money back in a few days. It’s beyond sad how customer service is nonexistent these days. Stop being lazy and entitled. Fixing this problem would have been easy prior to hanging up on me.

It looks as if my pizza was made out of a tortilla with a little bit of bread put on the outside to make a thin crust pizza if you would grab the thin crust to grab your slice pizza it fell off I was told we’re sorry we’re out of thin crust we did what we had to do to make your order not satisfied this was at 11 PM
